Have you heard of DB Ghost?

This is what the last user had say about DB Ghost:
"I consider myself a (demanding) power user and this tool has really grown
on me…maybe it’s because it’s the missing piece of the puzzle to finally take
control over SQL Server database objects using SCC. I have tried a lot of
database compare and synchronize programs and none of them comes close to
creating a single upgrade script as conveniently as DB Ghost. My compliments
on the service."
