Has the Issue with SQL Server SP4 and AWE support enabled been fix

Has there been a re-release of SQL Server 2000 SP4 that fixes the AWE issue?
If not, does anyone know when we can expect it? -- Thanks!Hi
There is a binary fix available from Microsoft PSS.
The public hotfix, fully packaged and tested, is not out yet. The answer I
got was "soon". I would think latest in 2 weeks, but I am hoping for this
week.
